We've moved! Earlier this month, the weekend of our anniversary to be exact, Jon and I moved from Clarksville, TN (Fort Campbell) to Columbus, GA (Fort Benning). Jon is attending a 3 week course called Airborne school where he will be jumping out of airplanes! And afterwards he will be attending a 6 month course called the Captain's Career Course, but don't let that fool you, we have not signed up for an Army career ;-) just another couple of years.
So far, in our short time in Columbus, we have found a super cute Farmer's Market and an awesome church! The church we have decided to attend during our GA living is called CrossPointe Church http://www.insidecrosspointe.com/ and hopefully we'll be able to attend a Lifegroup that starts September 20th called Expectations in Marriage. The study is based off Paul David Tripp’s book What Did You Expect which will be great for Jon and I to meet with other couples and do a study on Marriage. I'm really hoping to get a lot out of the book but also the relationships we will form during this time!
Other than that, we have both been incredibly busy with work and we manage to squeeze in some pool/gym time at the beautiful community we live in, Greystone at Columbus Park.
